From the first time we met Liz at the property we were selling at Runaway Bay, she has been consistently professional, polite and helpful. Liz knows the local area extremely well and is knowledgeable in valuing properties but also responds well to prospective buyer feedback and communicated that feedback to us for consideration in a timely manner. We particularly appreciated Liz's regular communication throughout the selling process which kept us well informed of progress at all times. We had a few hiccups along the way with the property itself and Liz jumped right in to help us resolve them. A very big bonus for us was the inclusion of a video and 3D online tour of our property at no extra cost, and we were impressed with the quality of the advertising, the photography and the videos, which were online within days. We were very satisfied with Liz for all of those reasons and have no hesitation in giving her the highest recommendation.

Liz was extremely motivated and active in selling our house, she set up viewings with her known house hunters in the lead up to our first open home. We had offers before open home because of her efforts. Our house then had 4 very good offers after our first open home and we sold the house to one of them.
