We chose David Nichol from 4 real estate agents we interviewed. We just clicked with David and appreciated his no nonsense, straight forward approach. He acted promptly to organise photos and video of our house to get it visible on the internet as soon as possible and for his other agents to come through and look at our house, to increase selling power and range.
