Caroline picked up our 'listing' late, and after the boom had gone into a lull. Wet weather and 4 interest rate increases were more hurdles with which she had to contend. Her attitude was upbeat throughout. We checked her track record prior to appointing her and were glad we did as her perseverance won the day when the going DID get tough. Her knowledge of the Hinterland is thorough, and we were kept up to date at all times. Stress levels were kept to a minimum, given that the 'market' did fluctuate and strategy refinement was quickly identified and adopted
