Alisa is a dream
Alisa is such a lovely person. She is a great communicator, and honest and upfront with all information. She facilitated the sale ensuring both the seller and buyer were comfortable and happy with the process. She checked in regularly and went above and beyond. Highly recommend!

Professional, experienced and friendly!
Kess is a seasoned operator in the Sunshine Coast market. She knows her craft well and works for the buyer to extract the maximum value from potential sellers. I was always kept well informed and up to date on progress and interest in our property and ultimately Kess turned around solid sale for us in a short time frame over the Christmas period. Kess was brilliant to deal with
We were so impressed with Kess during our purchase of our new home. From our very first enquiry, when she responded immediately with so much information about the property, it was obvious her knowledge and commitment to the sale was absolute. At the open homes she was attentive and informed but then gave us space to explore the property which was lovely. As a vendor you would be assured in the knowledge that Kess is working 100% to obtain the best price and a great sale for you; but as the purchaser we also felt she worked hard to enable us to make an informed decision with our purchase by providing us any information we requested; chatting about the current market climate; being available for inspections, building and pest inspection and valuations etc. Even though our purchase occurred during the Christmas period there was not a time that Kess didn't answer a call and help us. We would have no hesitation in recommending Kess as we found her approachable, professional, knowledgeable and ethical with great communication skills. We had been looking for a property for over 2 years and were so excited when this property came up for sale ..... thanks Kess for helping us turn the dream into reality.

Kess Prior, realestate genius.
From the moment I contacted Kess, (6pm on a Saturday evening), she was forthcoming, genuine and informative, a welcome surprise. These traits were consistent on our first meeting and thereafter. Even though, it was a "sellers market", Kess and her assistant Danni, were dedicated to finding the right purchaser for my home with the best possible outcome. Kess was honest in her opinion of the current market and told me exactly how things would evolve, what to expect when several offers were presented. This is exactly what happened. The winning offer, was a vendor's delight and couldn't have been any better for the agent, I was sure. However, with Kess' knowledge and passion, she went further to secure the ultimate contract. An agent who has your back!
Alisa was awesome! We sought Alisa out after interviewing a number of agents and so glad we did.
