Kess, Graham and Danielle were a fantastic team, giving us initially great information and advice, and then providing excellent service and feedback, PLUS doing all those extra things that customers often need, but rarely get from their agents. Kess and Graham are true professionals, who know their market and their area, so when advising us they were spot on with that advice. Together with their professionalism they both had those rare commodities, that are so lacking in many professionals, empathy and consideration.
