Wythes would you choose someone else?
Alisa’s market knowledge, communication and customer care was Excellent. Alisa worked with us through the whole process, explaining, guiding and making sure that both the seller (us) and the buyers needs were met. No nonsense expertise
Warren is an experienced, no nonsense kind of agent. I was impressed that he took initiative in the marketing of our property and presented his own ideas to prospective buyers in a way that would help them see the real potential of the property. He has a direct communicative style that cuts through the jargon of real estate speak and makes me very comfortable in my choice of him as an agent. It was a very stress free sales process thanks to Warren. I am very happy with the result he achieved!

Just a big WOW!
Kess, Graham and Danielle were a fantastic team, giving us initially great information and advice, and then providing excellent service and feedback, PLUS doing all those extra things that customers often need, but rarely get from their agents. Kess and Graham are true professionals, who know their market and their area, so when advising us they were spot on with that advice. Together with their professionalism they both had those rare commodities, that are so lacking in many professionals, empathy and consideration. But, and it is an important but, Kess is a gentle woman, who was always polite and considerate with us, and yes,tolerant too. BUT, when it came to the buyers ( yes we were selling) she was a strong negotiator who took no nonsense from those who tried to railroad her. A champion is both senses. Danielle, Kess's so reliable offsider, was such a great communicator who responded to our many queries and requests instantly, and undertook all we asked with a warm friendly smile. Sounds like I am describing the Dream Team? Well I am, as they ticked every box and then some for us. If you do not use Kess and her team when undertaking any real estate business, then you must have found someone so, so good as to just come close to Kess Pryor.
