Kess is a strong, well informed person, with friendly approach, needed in the business of selling a property like ours. The property was always going to be a difficult sell with a narrow audience base. She had very good support staff that from our experience worked well as a team and always a pleasure to deal with. Alisa I felt was professional, in all we had to do together, I felt she went further than a Real Estate person had to go. The Corona Virus has been here the last month, & I'm 72, which meant I was house bound. Alisa would ring me to see if I needed anything, then she would get them for me. She advised me how to have the house presented for people to look at. I was very impressed with Alisa, & her mum Trisha, they support each other, & therefore me also.
