Warren knows the market, is reliable and has a great sense of humour. This was a difficult sale for us as it was a house that we had renovated for a parent to move into. Kess successfully sold our daughters house in Eumundi in a I few weeks after it being on the market with other agents for a protracted length of time. We chose Kess because of the professional way in which she approached the sale of our daughters house. At our initial meeting with Kess she outlined a specific marketing plan including sample photos and brochure. Following an inspection with the Hinternoosa team Kess was very professional and direct about what needed to be attended to in order to offer the property for sale. We anticipated a period of some weeks to sell but Kess presented us with a signed contract within a week of the property being offered for sale.
