The attention given to us by the team at Hinternoosa was superb. Kess & Graham were very up-front with us, explaining to us exactly how to present our property for the best outcome. The 'to-do' list was daunting, but when completed - paid off in spades! The property went on-line on the Tuesday, an offer was made lunch time Wednesday (by the second couple to view the property), followed by an unconditional contract by Friday! Kess and Graham then came up with the options for our accommodation as we were to become 'homeless'. They were always available when needed, and honestly made the whole transaction run smoothly. From start to finish Alisa kept the communication going - immediate feedback, suggestions, any pros and cons, updates on settlements etc. She has excellent knowledge of the area, is passionate about her job and is reliable in her knowledge of processes of selling or purchasing. She is definitely the Queen of feedback always presented in a pragmatic way. This was vital to me as it supported decision making on the way. Alisa is well presented , has a genuine friendly disposition both attractive attributes when wanting someone representing you to sell your home. I certainly would highly recommend her.

I am inherently suspicious of real estate agents (like car salespeople) Alisa from Wythes Real Estate quickly put my suspicions to rest. Her professionalism, honesty and openness quickly put my mind at rest. Communication is always paramount in any real estate transaction Alisa never let us down and always put us first. Alisa's explanations were thorough and her knowledge of the area was outstanding. Her advice on marketing was spot on and we achieved what we wanted. She made herself available nearly 24/7 well not quite but it seemed like it. A great sense of humour also complemented all her amazing traits. I have a thousand words for wonderful but all I can say is "WOW". Great job Alisa we will certainly highly recommend you to anyone who is selling.
