Warren did a great job and I would be happy to enegage his services in the future.
Warren demonstrated his genuine intent to work to achieve the best price from our first conversation through to settlement. He remained patient and professional over a long campaign in a flat market. Despite the market being flat, we achieved a price above the initial estimate on very clean contract terms. Warren knows his market and I would be happy to recommend his services to any vendor.

Alisa was great to work with on the resent sale of our house. We achieved the exact price that she initially predicted that we would achieve. Her excellent advice on the styling of our unfurnished house was much appreciated and lending us some beautiful furniture from her own home was very kind of her. Alisa’s excellent marketing skills resulted in us getting an offer that we could not refuse even before the first open house. Some delicate negotiations that followed were expertly handled by her to every ones satisfaction. On a professional and personal level we have had a really positive experience working with Alisa and would highly recommend her to anyone contemplating selling their house in the Cooroy area.
