A true professional with real people skills!

Very favourable experience dealing with Kess

Kess was our agent to sell our property, Overall Kess knew the area and market well. Kess understood how to position the property to target the most likely purchasers and provided sound advice on property presentation. Kess also assisted us in identifying appropriate inspections and professionals needed to satisfy contract requirements. Warren was the vendors agent and neighbour, organising inspections and answerring quieries for a potential buyer who was to become his new neighbour. As a licensed agent myself, i adsolutely respect his position in this matter, and commend the manner in which Warren represented his vendor whilst maintaining a potential relationship with a potential incoming neighbour. He negotiated the best price we were willing to pay, which inevitably acceptable by his vendor. Well done Warren. I would not hesitate in recommending you to potential vendor or purchaser.
