We had been trying to sell our prestigious house through a number of agents when we consulted with Kess (and her co-agent Graham Smith) at Hinter Noosa. Kess provided us with a very honest and realistic approach to our prospects in a tight market, but always supported our end goal of maximising value through the sale of the property. There were slim pickings in the market at the time until the party who eventually bought our house walked to the HinterNoosa office. From that point onwards the Hinter Noosa team nurtured the prospective purchaser to reach a successful sale - where I believe both parties objectives were met. A true win-win outcome.
