We recently purchased a House in Doonan which was listed with Kess Prior and Graham Smith from HinterNoosa. Kess was able to provide us with a selection of properties that suited our criteria and we found her to have exceptional knowledge of the Noosa hinterland market. Given HinterNoosas focus on hinterland properties we found her local knowledge invaluable in guiding us to make the right decision. Kess was a pleasure to deal with. She was straight forward, courteous and a great communicator. We appreciated that she had our interests at heart as well as the Vendors. In the end we fell in love with a beautiful property outside of our original criteria that Kess suggested we inspect. Post sale Kess graciously facilitated communication between us and the Vendors in regard to the changeover of utilities and maintenance contractors for the property. Kess & Graham also introduced us to the Vendors who were able to impart a bit of history about the property and the workings of House. I had what I believed to be a very outstanding property and when I chose to sell it then I needed the right person for the job. Warren has a very sound knowledge of the rural hinterland area and he entered my property with a very friendly but extremely confident attitude, this appealed to me.
