Have just starting renting with Hive, and it has been a great experience so far. I have communicated with a number of staff: Caitlin Brodribb the property manager at the inspection and through the application process, property manager Sim Kaur when submitting enquiries, to other staff when picking up keys at the office, and all have been friendly and helpful. Fast turnaround on application approval and easy application process. Also, the provided condition report has to be the most comprehensive I have ever encountered - much appreciated.

Apartments are modern with easy access to servos, mechanics, big W woolies, aldi etc and even bus stops for people who don’t drive. Has a safe, sufficient and well organised parking for tenants.
