Dear Katrice Well year 2021 has been a difficult year for Margaret and I and but we are fortunate to be finishing it on a high note with our purchase of Unit 73/2 Torrens Street, Braddon. Although the purchase is still in progress with completion scheduled for January 2022 we wish to express our sincere thanks to you for making it possible. Initially we were keen to view the property but our hopes were daunted when you informed us that the property was under offer. When that lapsed we were delighted when you contacted me to view the property and subsequently we made an offer which was acceptable to the vendors. Our first on site meeting with you coincided with torrential rain but there you were at the agreed time with a great understanding of all matters apropos our likely questions about the property. It also gave Margaret and I an opportunity to witness your interaction and rapport with the current tenants. They seem to have very high regard for you , similar to how Margaret and I consider you personally. You have promptly followed up on issues that we have raised, negotiated with our legal team when necessary and you have been honest and forthright in our dealings during the purchase process thus far. Your commitment to your work is evident by the preparation for meetings, punctuality, ability to verbally communicate with people and your personal presentation. You represent your employers and their business extremely well. It has been a pleasure to have met you and Margaret and I look forward to working with you through until completion of our purchase.
