Bree, Olivia and Goran formed an excellent team to sell our property. Bree came to our first appointment having conducted deep market research and ready to listen as well as advise. Her work ethic never waned and we sold the house in three weeks in a very quiet market. She made herself available to us and to prospective buyers at all hours of the day and night. She was forthright with advice, but always attentive to our needs. Olivia is the glue that holds the team together at HIVE! She did absolutely everything in her power to make sure that we were informed throughout the selling process. Eva struck me from day one as being across all aspects of the Marketing. Her professionalism was obvious as was her follow up and determination. She made herself available to all prospective buyers and followed up with all tirelessly while also keeping me abreast of the situation constantly. I was grateful for this and found it refreshing not to feel I had to chase her for updates. She also made herself available for several house openings per week even though it seemed my property was becoming stale to the point of no shows which seemed more due to the current property market interest than a lack of promotion by the Agency. All in all I'm comfortable in referring Eva to my close friends who find themselves in the market. This speaks volume's. I would certainly avail of Eva's expertise should I find myself in the market again. Def a Classy Agent.
