After not being able to sell our house after 3 months on the market, we switched agents to Josh Morrissey from HIVE Agency. I am pleased to say that Josh sold our house within the first week! His campaign was executed so well that we had 30 groups at our first inspection with Hive. We were blown away. There were many factors why Josh was able to do what our other agent couldn't do in three months. They include - beautiful styling (on a budget), incredible photography, smart pricing and an overall fantastic go to market strategy. Josh has very good colleagues and one of them is Nikki Horner. They all have very good communication with the owner and also with the interested buyer. I have already recommend Josh to my entire tennis club.
