Buying a property through Hive with Matt Shipard was a smooth and easy process. Matt was knowledgeable about the property and was able to find answers to my questions quickly if he didn’t know right away. He had good background knowledge of previous sales in the complex and area to help with comparisons. He was also not too pushy as some agents are.
