Tom is super efficient, very responsible, reliable, and thoughtful. He understands every detail of the property. Communication was easy and responses were quick throughout the whole process. During the pre-settlement inspection, Tom solved the plumbing and lighting issues on site immediately without having to go through additional rounds of communication with the vendor. What a surprise! His team is also highly commended.

Bree with the assistance of Chloe and Jocelyn successfully sold an apartment for us at a good price in a tough market. The campaign was launched just after the Reserve Bank had raised interest rates sharply 4 months running. Then a 5th rate rise during the campaign. It was hard to find a real buyer with inflation spiked up, rapidly rising interest rates and the banks less keen to lend. But the Hive marketing was first rate, communication great and eventually a buyer came forward with an offer at the right level to close the sale. Under pressure the team remained professional at all times and persisted until the job was done. Very happy with the styling and photographs that Hive arranged, and the willingness to agree to put on extra viewing times was much appreciated.
