Katrice was very professional and knowledgeable but also warm and friendly in all our dealings. While clearly keeping her clients' (the vendors) interests front of mind, we felt she dealt with us (the buyers) honestly and with principle. She is one of those people whose natural charm is off the scale, which I imagine makes her a great seller's agent. And she helped us ensure our offer and deposit transfer went smoothly, even though everything happened in a rush at the end, through bank quirks and lawyer unavailability. I would certainly hire her to sell my property, but I would also buy from her anytime; or just grab a coffee and chat about gardening. Fourteen out of ten, would highly recommend!
