Samantha's knowledge of the market is exceptional and she is a consummate professional.

This is the 2nd time I have worked directly with Samantha as a seller. I had no hesitation in engaging her again, because of the success and quality of the first sale. Samantha has a depth of market knowledge which reflects both the breadth of her sales experience and her commitment to understanding the market. My assessment is that Samantha is also very adept at reading potential buyers (as well as her client sellers!) and her strongly developed inter-personal skills assist her significantly. Her style is to work with openness, and she plays with a straight bat. Samantha, assisted by Isabella, were very responsive and supportive in the pre-listing stage and guided me as to the styling options. This continued during the marketing period and was facilitated by the What'sApp group - despite my misgivings about using the app - it was a great information tool and the three of us were always in the loop. I was briefed by Samantha shortly after each open house and we had a high level of contact, especially in the last week of the sales campaign. The sale was by auction - and on the day, Samantha and Isabella had organised for a support team from Hive to have back-up for the significant anticipated number of registered bidders. The property sold at auction with an excellent result, achieving a price which Samantha had anticipated.
