Penny was absolutely fantastic to work with. Penny was very up to date and knowledgeable about The Vines area. Penny was always on time and very elegantly dressed. The first home we sold with Penny went on the market on the Wednesday and it was sold on the Sunday. For price we had asked. The second one took a little longer cause of the covid19. But sold within 3mths for what we asked for also. It is not hard to see why she is trustworthy, kind and definitely works on your behalf as the seller. We highly recommend Penny to anyone.

The plan to sell our home was to “interview” three or four Agents, to then select the best one to sell our property. We needed to get it right the first time, and super quick due to having time restrictions on another purchase that we did not intend losing.
