Not only is Penny highly professional, but she is incredibly personable. Despite the horrific market conditions Penny achieved a sale price almost $100,000 higher than a comparable property just four doors down. Also this property was bigger and on a larger block of land and in much the same condition as mine. Penny obviously works a lot harder for her vendors than other agents. I would not hesitate to recommend Penny and how she is focused on achieving the best outcome.
