Excellent Customer service experience!
We found Shane Penny as an interacting, kind and honest agent, dealing with us in a very professional manner. He caters according to our needs and future plans as first home buyers. He’s so patient with us imparting significant ideas/knowledge on acquiring a property. He answers queries straight away at our own pace and level of understanding as English is not our first language and give suggestions if need be. Over all, he is sincere, displaying professionalism and communication skills.
