Just what we wanted!
Kim quickly responded to our request for an appraisal of our property. The appraisal took into account the current state of the market and she agreed with our wishes to appreciate what we considered were unique features of the property in the asking price. The photos and internet presentation of the property were great resulting in a strong presence at the home open and an early sale. Just what we wanted.
