From initial inspection to signing the lease there were no significant issues to raise. The only issue I had was maintenance companies contacting me before I had signed the lease to schedule repairs that I knew nothing about. I think perhaps just a courtesy email next time stating that there are issues that need to be fixed. Especially this day and age where there are scammers posing as anyone Other than that I have had no issues and hope for it to stay that way

Mitchell was really helpful when assisting us to navigate our approval for our new rental. He found ways to ensure we were approved for the property and negotiated other requirements with patience and understanding to ensure we were able to move into the perfect place for us during our lease.
