Remove Stress.. Enjoy the New Home.. with Great Property Management
It can be a stressful ordeal moving homes.. packing boxes, organising removals, deciding what to keep, what to sell and what to throw out. Once you find your new home, you need a property manager who understands these challenges, works through any issues and in our case appreciates that our 2x dogs are precious and also need to feel safe at home. The team at Hockeys... Mitch, Karl, Jane, Nathalie and Co. have provided us with that vital support system, which made us quickly realise that we had made the right choice. Like all homes, there were a few things to fix and get working again to bring the place back to perfect state, but logging the issue on the portal was easy and soon initiated calls from the respective trades to make an appointment. (And what a bonus... every tradesman we get is polite, efficient, clean and patient with our often nervous dogs) When your home needs to be well managed, then I suggest you give Hockeys a call at St Leonards and experience the difference yourself. Great service and very helpful as well as very personable
The team's fantastic market knowledge both in the rental and sales is second to none. Honesty in their judgement of the market and they never over promise and deliver the goods. That is why I have been with the Hockey's for many decades and is now dealing with the next Hockey generation that had taken over the running of the business. May I add too and I am still very impressed with level of friendliness, professionalism and the level of great service.
