Excellent agent, would recommend!

Karl has been the managing agent for my property for over 6 years now, since i purchased it. He's been excellent throughout, always easy to deal with and has been proactive with any changes in tenants or opportunities. Great communicator and been on the front foot with selling the apartment and getting the result we wanted. Spectacular service

Karl and his team have been looking after our property for years as a rental. Recently, we decided to sell and Karl was an easy choice to get us a great result. He managed to remove so many of the stressful elements and was always happy to go through some of the more complex parts of the process.
