There is no harder working agents on the north shore than Hockeys. Their attention to detail is second to none. They provided an end to end service with ongoing support throughout the whole process. Our property didn’t sell the first time at auction but after going through the process with them the first time, seeing their hard work, listening to their knowledge about the market, respecting our reserve price and understanding our decision and supporting our decision not to sell even after securing a $50k price higher than the final auction price post auction, we had no hesitation in using them a second time around. The decision to use Hockeys again was outstanding and we received a result that was 10% higher than any other townhouse in the same block. This result was achieved in flat market conditions. Many people advised us we should have sold the first time and going a second round with the same agent was a mistake. Well it seems those people were wrong. We would give Hockeys the highest recommendation possible to entrust with your property sale.

Karl was an excellent real estate agent for us, he knows the market and he knows the customers. His advice was sound and practical- for example paying to have the apartment “dressed” for viewing really made sense for potential buyers to see how the space in the apartment could work. Being a family owned business made us feel that he was invested in getting the best results for us….and he did! He kept in touch with us, and was always available for a quick update.
