From the outset Karl demonstrated his "fact" and "research" based advice. He presented a thorough, well presented, meticulous sale strategy, establishing realistic expectations for an acceptable offer. As sellers we always want more but it is of major importance to know when a fair offer in the market we ate in has been made. As to open houses, Karl was always on time, always gave us excellent. Immediate followup with a more detailed conversation a day or so later. I highly recommend Karl, a very well informed, ethical professional. He's also a delightful person.
