Dealing with Karl when purchasing my property, I found him to be very down to earth and likable. He was helpful with queries I had about the property and contacted the Vendors with a request I had regarding the deposit on exchange. I went back several times to view the property, and each time he was there at the open inspection. He gave feedback about the guide price and the interest that had been shown. On the day of the auction he did not continually come up to me to pressure me to increase my bid, which I appreciated, and was very helpful by supplying a pad and pen to enable me to keep track of what the bid was up to. Overall it was a pleasure dealing with Karl, and I find him and his entire family who attended the auction to be lovely people. We chatted afterward and they said how genuinely pleased they were for me.
