From the initial contact with the Summons "team"until the sale of my property, I can comfortably say that they consistently met my expectations in all of the categories: market knowledge, communication, credibility and negotiation. In addition, all feedback in relation to how to prepare the property for sale was realistic and useful. I was nervous because real estate agents have a certain reputation. However after meeting a few agents I felt Andrew was able to be straight with me and I really appreciated thAt. He also got what I think was the best market price available at the time without pressuring me to take less than I was willing to. I would recommend andrew to anyone hoping to have a straight transaction. Of course the vendor has to be responsible for the decision about their reserve price.

Andrew and his team did a wonderful job in the marketing and sale of the apartment at 2/2 Rae Court, Windsor. He gave excellent advice on how best to present the property for sale and thereafter gave accurate and helpful feedback after each OFI. The property was lacking a parking space which meant that the positives had to be highlighted so as to overcome this slight negative. This was done with excellent photography and punchy advertising copy. The property was passed in at auction and sold to a very keen purchaser at an extremely satisfactory price. Overall, a thoroughly professional and diligent approach by Andrew and a job very well done
