I was kept well informed throughout the sales campaign and felt that Lauchlan dealt with potential buyers very well. His knowledge of the area is fantastic.. Lauchlan wasn't pushy for us to set our reserve too early or at a certain level. His auction technique was fantastic and we ended up getting a better price than we expected. Although we didn't witness the auction, by all accounts he read the crowd extremely well and was able to successfully get us a very good price. Overall, we were very pleased with Lauchlan, James and Hocking Stuart Armadale.
