The sale was convoluted as the property had been on the market a long time and the section 32 was not up to date. My concerns were that the property would be bought by another buyer, were alleviated by being offered a Head of Agreement to sign - whilst this is a not a legally binding document this ensured that the sale went ahead. The process was smooth from then and the agent's associate communicated regularly and clearly about next steps.

It was very smooth process. Initially, I was not able to attend the public inspection but Isabella arranged a private inspection for me. She was very professional and helpful. On my second inspection, she accommodated my request to bring in my friends for their opinion. The whole process was very smooth and professional. I am very happy with Belle Property.
