Stress-free Selling
We were impressed right from the beginning. Max was ready to meet us on site to inspect the house in Dandenong North. Living locally, he knew the housing market area very well and gave us a realistic appraisal. All costs were competitive and clearly communicated upfront. An effective marketing plan was employed and weekly reports on all enquiries/inspections were porvided via email & telephone. We very much appreciated his professionalism and kind assistance throughout the selling process from appraisal to settlement.

Highly Recommend Jack and His Team
We bought a house that was listed under Jack Miltos, and honestly the whole experience was great. Jack has been very accommodating and super helpful from the start. Anytime we had questions, he was quick to respond and made the whole process a lot easier for us. He knows his stuff and explained everything clearly, which gave us a lot of confidence while buying. She genuinely seems to enjoy her work, taking the time to get to know me as a person, and to understand my needs, both practical and personal, during my sale campaign. She takes a very holistic approach, where I felt informed, cared for and appreciated as a person. In addition, Linda takes time to look after the buyers just as much as the vendor, providing a service that is thorough, organised, thoughtful and informed, in all respects. Linda clearly has a detailed understanding of the local area/market and understands strategy in her work, whilst still being warm and genuine. She always maintained a perfect level of communication, without overwhelming me- I found the whole process to be seamless and actually enjoyable! In my experience, the wider team at Hocking Stuart works cohesively and respectfully, with a focus on quality products and advice, and gracious, punctual service, where everything was done without me having to ask.
