I really appreciated Jack's honest approach from the outset. He provided me with positive feedback every week and even went as far as sending me the photos of the shoes outside the front door during opens to show me the activity at the property. After having a local agent handle the property I was left frustrated with the lack of commitment from the agent, they basically over promised and under delivered.
