I could not fault the experience we had with Damien Spiteri at all. Dealing with a deceased estate is a highly emotional time and not a time where you need coercing. From the moment I made contact, Damien made me feel a sense of calm, and his reassurance was remarkable. He walked me through step by step the process of selling a deceased estate, and answered every single question anyone could ever have. At the end of the conversation, I felt so comfortable and confident knowing that Damien was the agent for me. The property I was selling was not typically in an area that Damien would normally service, however, he and his (lovely) assistant Brit, would make the 1.5 journey to run open houses, after each open they would call and fill me in. Within 2 weeks Damien had secured an offer on my parent’s house, had liaised with my solicitors and conveyancers, and kept me in the loop the entire time. Damien is one of the most honest, trustworthy, and extremely professional people that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. We looked at several houses & the difference between agents was quite a large chasm. Damien is an outstanding agent who not only is extremely professional, but also has old fashioned values & morals.
