Damian, was courteous, respectful and understood our needs He knew the market & provided us with excellent advice We appreciated his knowledge & expertise Both he & Sarai provided timely & thorough communication Their maintenance contacts were excellent and were terrific in preparing the house for sale. We were very impressed with their efforts in presenting the house for sale & finding potential buyers, giving us the confidence to go forward with the sale of the property.

Excellent service
From a buyers point of view Damien and Sarai are honestly the best agents I've had the pleasure to work with. Very polite and professional. Never felt pressured to place an offer on properties that weren't a good fit and made an effort to keep an eye out for new sales which fit our requirements. When it did come time to place an offer on a property that we loved, we felt comfortable and guided. We felt that Damien was upfront and honest the whole time without overinflating the property. Communication was excellent and we could always reach either Damien or Sarai whenever we needed. We've now been in the property for 7 months and we still love it. Everything about the process was very smooth. Definitely a great couple of agents.

Made it all so easy
Damien and his team in particular Sarai were simply amazing. From advice on presentation of my home, pricing, and the negotiation process, they just made it easy. The communication throughout the whole process was constant and honest, and they were professional but friendly, and I would highly recommend them.

I had my first meeting with Damien and he was...
I had my first meeting with Damien and he was very honest about how the selling will work and the price range I could get. Didn’t oversell the price just to sign me in. I was then introduced to Sarai which handle the house with Damien. Both we’re very understanding and easy to communicate. Sarai will even call me back after hours right after her meetings just to keep me updated and happy to answer questions I have. Really appreciate their help with everything and really made it easier for me.
