We used Joe Ledda from the Preston office of hockingstuart to sell our property. Joe is professional and gave his advice to do some minor renovations to dress up the house to be very presentable and it worked a treat! Prospective purchasers were impressed. Joe is a great communicator and kept us informed in the weeks leading up to the auction date. Joe is pro-active and has some great strategies to maximise the sale price. In the end, our townhouse was sold a day before the auction as a purchaser made a very good bid and we accepted it as the price was slightly above our expectation and we did want to risk a lower price if we went ahead with the auction.
