As interstate owners of an investment property, we wanted an agent that could act on our behalf on all real estate matters. Property Management, sales and the transfer of management from another agent. We also wanted to make sure our tenants were looked after in the process. Joe understood our requirements, was sympathetic to the tenants position and ensured all aspects of the process were looked after. We had issues with our previous management company not being forthcoming with the required info or keys, however, Hockingstuart made sure the process still moved forward until we were able to have it resolved. They were a pleasure to deal with and I’d definitely recommend.
