The initial proposal submitted was not correct...

The initial proposal submitted was not correct in that the valuation range quoted did not end up reflecting reality, a difference of about $200,000.00 (ie 15.4%). The quoted range needed to be reduced on a number of occasions so as to attract attention. When the quoted range was last altered downwards, market traction was achieved and the property was eventually sold. All other services including advice, negotiations and communications between vendor and agent were excellent.

We could not be happier with the service we received from Josie, Frank and Joe from the Preston/Reservoir branch. They were personable, professional, knowledgeable and supportive throughout the entire campaign. Their communication was excellent, keeping us informed every step of the way. They worked hard to achieve the best possible result and their professionalism on auction day was outstanding.
