Joe's approach suited me - he was a "why not" person with an enthusiastic and positive approach, and while the other 2 appraisal agents were great Joe's explanation of "his plan" made up my mind to go with him and let him run his race and we finished with the desired outcome. Joe kept me up to date with progress in the campaign but essentially he had my trust and got the desired result.
