Ken and Travis made the sale process so easy. Ken recommended staging my property, as much as it is an upfront cost, it was worth it. My place looked amazing. Ken guided me through the sale process with ease and confidence. The entire Hocking Stuart team contacted me re opens, when it would be advertised etc. Ken called after the opens. My property sold in no time, Ken managed the sale brilliantly. The great sale price was due to Ken and Travis’ sale process and negotiation skills.
