Nicole has been very helpful with our property. Her realistic ballpark figure helps assures us despite the stagnant market. She was quick to contact us about potentials and filtered out offers and demands that were unrealistic. Despite challenging open days, Nicole and her colleagues at Hockingstuart have been communicative and patient with the sale. She also provided good advice and spoke her mind when an offer was received and the buyer had some interesting requests, which were not in our favour.
