Selling your home can be an emotional roller coaster especially if you have found your dream house and you need to sell yours. I selected George from Hocking Stuart, for following reasons, his enthusiasm, confidence and straight talking approach then what sealed the deal was is his track record of days on market and his commission rate was less than everyone else. Basically George did and delivered exactly what he said he would, and the house sold with five days of being on the open market. Of course i would of been happier with a better offer, but you have to look at the big picture and selling has allowed me to move to my dream home in the peaceful country on a few acres near a country town. All I can say is if you want to sell your house just call George, and he will get the job done.
