The selling of a house is a very personal experience, everyone has their own reasons for selling. Sam and Brooke were able to make us feel comfortable with the whole experience, it felt more of a friendship rather than a purely professional relationship. The experience wasn't about the agent, but us and our family. They were able to provide the support and advice we needed to assist us with making an informed decision.
