Very pleasant experience throughout sale period
Due to lock down requirements, there were no meetings with Julian during the sale period. Most impressive aspect was the constant communication from Julian keeping me updated as to potential purchasers and feedback following inspections. We had many discussions on the state of the market and possible price levels, but never with any hint of pressure. Mention should also be made of the valuable assistance provided by Romana Preston in the lead up to the sale.

Jason provided in-depth knowledge of the Brighton and surrounding suburbs property market, which greatly assisted understanding what price range to apply to our house during the sales campaign. Jason had an effective communication style, consulted us regularly to keep us informed of any important information and provided highly professional services to generate interest in our property. Jason was also instrumental in negotiating an outcome during the post auction discussions with the purchaser. Fantastic and caring agent!
Chris not only did the usual stuff first class, he has a builder/renovator background and was keen to advise on how to better present the property. He organised and oversaw the preparation of the property for sale, including painting, lights and gardening, saving me the headache. I will no doubt use Chris again

Passionate agent
Chris impressed us with his passion for selling a heritage listed house. He went beyond what was expected by doing research on the architect who designed and lived in the house. Chris put a historical booklet together and found an old photo of the architect which he had framed. Chris certainly sold the significance of the house, not just its merits.

Good feelings from the start
I am always sceptical of agents. I have had dealings with the pushy, the persistent, the 'salesmen'. From the moment we walked into 71 South Rd, we loved the house and really liked Chris. He had all the time in the world to talk to us about the house, our thoughts, and us in general. He was always available (even texting at 10pm on a Saturday night to submit our offer). We liked Chris so much that we asked him to sell our other property. I would definitely recommend using Chris for any real estate needs. Thanks Chris!
