The Opposite Of What You Think An Agent Is
Dealing with Chris in purchasing our dream block of land on Beach Rd to build our dream home was extremely professional without pressure. Being in the industry, you get exposed to what most agents are like. Chris was very respectful and not pushy. This allowed us to feel comfortable throughout the process. When negotiating on price, Chris conveyed high transparency and wasn't playing us off like other agents would. When we gave our word, he gave his and it resulted in a successful purchase. Chris went over and above at the last minute to help us by amending the settlement timeframe by an extra month. We'd happily deal with Chris again and hope we do! Thanks again Chris - we will send you an invite to our house warming party when the house is built :)

Very Professional Agent
We have had an opportunity to work with Jason Gill both as buyers and vendors of property and on both occasions we found him to be very professional. As buyers we were impressed by his integrity and honesty - he never used any tricks or cheap tactics to make us decode to buy the property in question. So we didn't hesitate to select him as our Agent when we decided to sell the property recently. He displayed a high level of knowledge about the real estate market in the area, was always honest in presenting the facts about the market situation or price expectation. We never felt being pushed in any direction, we always felt that he really represented us as sellers to achieve the best realistic result. We were also impressed with the service and professionalism of his assistant Kate Schuster who was always available and returned all our phone calls very quickly and answered all questions in depth. We wouldn't have any hesitation in recommending Jason to anyone planning to sell a hose.
