We strongly recommend Marcus Falconer and Hodges to anyone selling their property in the Geelong area. My wife and I spent a month looking at different agents and getting quotes from numerous realtors before finally settling on Marcus and Hodges. He was an absolute pleasure to work with from Day 1 and provided very useful insights into small improvements that helped our property fetch an excellent price at auction. I would like to point out that Marcus' recommended selling price was nearly 10% higher than quotes that we received from competitors in the area. This led to us selling for nearly $50k higher than we expected.
