Probably the best thing Andrew and his team provided was great communication every step of the way. In my experience he was unusual in this. Some feel that if over time nothing has happened it is not worth keeping the client updated on that. I and obviously Andrew do not believe that is the case. Clients have expectations through the progress of the campaign. It is important to inform people on the current state regularly, knowing that there has been no progress is as important as know what has happened. This avoids surprises and helps inform future decisions. On top of this Andrew was a consummate professional and I always felt assured I was in good hands.
