This is the third time i have been in partnership with Hodges Real Estate. I find their business model second to none. Pandelis Plousi was my Real Estate Agent who i found to be open and straight forward. The strategies he suggested in recommending the house firstly be styled definately added to the value of the property. A balanced marketing campaign between print and internet attracted over 100 visitors during the opens. The quality of all the different media presentations resulted in the campaign performance on Realestate.com.au exceeding three times the median performance for houses in my area. Pandelis through his open and straight forward approach was able to establish an ongoing relationship with interested parties throughout the campaign resulting in multiple bidders attending the auction. Pandelis also recomended the auction be scheduled for 10am. Being the first auction of the day ensured that all bidders attended. There is now a practice amongst some buyers to be Interested in buying a number of properties on the one day if they are initially unsuccessful . The auction result exceeded our expectations by a big margin and Pandelis was largely responsible, The way in which he packaged the campaign and conducted himself with potential buyers went a long way to achieving a remarkable outcome. Pandelis is the man! If you are thinking of selling i can highly recommend giving Pandelis Plousi a call.

Mark won through on our 'interrogation' interviews to select an agent. He listened to our needs, was flexible to suit and also offered advice based on his experience. When our house did not sell at auction, the true test kicked in. Mark never gave in and worked hard to get us the best price he could from a private sale during the quiet Christmas period. We had many offers we declined until we got the price we wanted and Mark was persistent, patient and understanding. I'd recommend Mark as an agent with integrity.
