I had been looking to buy my first home for approximately 6 months and had dealt with many agents along the way. Many came across intimidating, unapproachable and would sometimes even put me off purchasing a property with them. Andrew and Vanessa were very approachable and down to earth. They answered all of my questions without judgement and were very prompt in their replies to emails and text messages. Andrew was easy to deal with during the auction and negotiation making the experience enjoyable. I highly recommend Andrew and the Hodges team for their selling/ auction ability. As an Auctioneer, Andrew delivered. I had a set sales price in mind and to my surprise, Andrew brought in/ negotiated a higher figure, much higher. The extra money that Andrew made us paid for his services and got us a new car. Throughout the entire process of putting the apartment up for sale until auction day, it was handled with care, honesty, integrity and trust. BTW Andrew and the Hodges team also manage one of my rentals and doing a great job of it. Well done to Andrew and team.
